Penktą dešimtį metų skaičiuojantis italas yra „Milan“ klubo atstovas Baltijos šalims. Kuomet Lietuvos žurnalistai praėjusį savaitgalį viešėjo Šiaurės Italijos didmiestyje, S. Chiussi turėjo palydėti juos į „Milanello“ bazę.

40 kilometrų atstumu nuo Senojo žemyno madų sostinės įsikūrusiame treniruočių centre yra tikrasis juodai raudonų štabas, kuriame pusę amžiaus buvo kuriami Italijos ir visos Europos užkariavimo planai.

Tačiau laikai pasikeitė: dabar „Milan“ strategui Massimiliano Allegri reikia rūpintis, kaip pačiam išsilaikyti siūbuojančioje kėdėje.

Prieš praėjusio „Serie A“ turo rungtynes su „Genoa“ treneris įvedė dviejų dienų karantiną, kuris užtrenkė „Milanello“ vartus visiems pašaliniams, išskyrus kelis privilegijuotus Italijos žiniasklaidos atstovus.

Bet „Rossoneri“ garbės nebegelbėja nė tokios priemonės: garsiojo San Siro stadiono šeimininkai aikštėje patys atrodė tarsi prašalaičiai, per nesusipratimą atsidūrę 40 tūkstančių švilpiančių iš nusivylimo žiūrovų akivaizdoje.

Tribūnos reikalauja kraujo

„Milan“ dar niekad nebuvo taip nuniokotas. Mūsų istorija aptaškyta purvu“ – tokie ir panašūs šūkiai mirgėjo „Curva Sud“ tribūnoje, kur buriasi aktyviausi antrą šimtmetį skaičiuojančios komandos aistruoliai.

Regis, lygiai taip pat galvoja ir pačio klubo, per pastaruosius du dešimtmečius įpratusio maudytis šlovės spinduliuose, atstovai.

„Milan“ yra geriausias klubas futbolo istorijoje. Tai – skaičiais pagrįstas faktas, o ne mano nuomonė“, – kategoriškas buvo S. Chiussi, dar prieš rungtynes su „Genoa“ pareiškęs, kad net ir lygiosios savo tvirtovėje būtų katastrofa – ir nesvarbu, kokią formą demonstruoja varžovai ir kaip paskutiniu metu žaidžia pats „Milan“.

Tragedija įvyko – valandą vieno žaidėjo persvarą aikštėje turėję M. Allegri auklėtiniai su svečiais iš Genujos sužaidė 1:1 ir po rungtynių buvo laikomi šimtų įtūžusių sirgalių apsuptyje tol, kol Milane vis dar gerbiamas komandos kapitonas Kaka ir veteranas vartininkas Christianas Abbiati išdrįso pasirodyti lauke ir bent kiek nuraminti fanus.

 

„Serie A“ turnyro lentelėje „Milan“ nusirito į 13-ą vietą ir nuo ketvirtoje pozicijoje žengiančių mirtinų priešų Milano „Inter“ futbolininkų, su kuriais dalinasi San Siro stadioną, atsilieka jau 12 taškų. Dar 2 taškais didesnę persvarą turi „Napoli“ klubas, įsitaisęs trečioje vietoje, garantuojančioje paskutinį kelialapį į kito sezono UEFA Čempionų lygą.

Pastarojoje „Milan“ ekipai sekasi šiek tiek geriau, o antradienį išvykoje pasiekta triuškinanti pergalė prieš Glazgo „Celtic“ (Škotija) 3:0 leido pagaliau įkvėpti gurkšnį tyro oro.

Bet tamsūs debesys, tvyrantys virš Italijos futbolo flagmano, grasina labai greitai pratrūkti žaibais ir perkūnija.

Todėl nieko keisto, kad tokiems kaip S. Chiussi 27 metus dirbantis „Milan“ vadovas atrodo amžinas lyg pati Milano katedra. Bet kol klubo mecenatas S. Berlusconi labiau užsiėmęs gaisrais, kilusiais šią savaitę Italijos senatui panaikinus jo teisinę neliečiamybę, prieštaringiausiai vertinamo šalies politiko ir žiniasklaidos magnato dukra ruošiasi keisti braškančio „Milan“ laivo kursą.

Nebenori išlaidauti žaidėjų rinkoje

Milane jau ne pirmą savaitę linksniuojama galimo M. Allegri įpėdinio pavardė. Olandas Clarence’as Seedorfas dešimtmetį žaidė San Siro stadione, todėl yra savas tiek konservatyviajam klubo sparnui, tiek reformų šalininkams.

Į dešimt klubo jaunimo komandų suburti patys perspektyviausi žaidėjai nuo aštuonerių iki 19-os metų, atrinkti iš dešimčių tūkstančių kandidatų, nuolat stebimų „Milan“ specialistų.

Tai – viršutinė pakopa piramidėje, susidedančioje iš Italijoje įsikūrusių jaunimo techninių centrų ir su klubu bendradarbiaujančių futbolo mokyklų, išsibarsčiusių po Apeninų pusiasalį bei dar pusšimtį valstybių.

„Milan“ numegztas tinklas apima visą pasaulį – nuo Džakartos Indonezijoje iki Detroito JAV. Patraukę klubo pasiuntinių akį ir sulaukę 14-os, vaikai gali tikėtis kvietimo atvažiuoti į Italiją ir toliau tobulintis „Milan“ techniniame centre. Jei per dvejus metus jiems pavyksta užsirekomenduoti ir ten, kitas žingsnis – „Vismara“ aikštynas Milane.

 

Klubo jaunimo komandose šiuo metu rungtyniauja beveik penkios dešimtys kitų tautybių žaidėjų, tarp kurių dominuoja atvykėliai iš Afrikos. Vien garsiojo „Milan“ puolėjo Filippo Inzaghi, dabar treniruojančio vyriausiųjų (iki 19 metų) amžiaus grupės jaunimo ekipą, nurodymų klausosi talentai iš Argentinos, Burkina Faso, Senegalo, Dramblio Kaulo Kranto, Maroko, Nigerijos, Gambijos, Bosnijos ir Hercegovinos, Liuksemburgo, Čekijos, Vengrijos ir Slovėnijos.

Prie šios margos kompanijos prisijungti galės ir Latvijos atstovas: Dmitris Zelenkovas pakviestas kitą vasarą atvykti treniruotis į Italiją.

Patekti į „Milan“ – tarsi nuskristi į mėnulį

Galimybę pasekti bendraamžio iš kaimyninės šalies pavyzdžiu dabar turi ir Vilniaus vaikai. Rugsėjį atsidariusi Talentų futbolo akademija (TFA) tapo vienintele oficialia „Milan“ klubo partnere Baltijos šalyse. Artimiausia tokia „Milan“ akademijos statusą turinti futbolo mokykla veikia Lodzėje (Lenkija).

Du buvę „Rossoneri“ žaidėjai – Graziano Mannari ir Davide Corti – dabar kas kelis mėnesius keliauja į Vilnių stebėti, kaip „Milan“ treniruočių metodikos pritaikomos Lietuvos futbolo atžalynui.

Tiesa, deryboms tarp TFA įkūrėjų ir „Milan“ klubo tarpininkavęs S. Chiussi neslepia, jog Italijos ir Lietuvos jaunųjų futbolininkų potencialas skiriasi kaip diena ir naktis.

„Kai palygini žaidėjus iš „Milan“ jaunimo komandų su jų bendraamžiais Baltijos šalyse, plika akimi matai akivaizdų skirtumą. Bet mes pastatome duris, pro kurias ateityje patys geriausieji turės šansą žengti arčiau savo svajonės.

Net ir atvažiavęs į Milaną dar negali būti garantuotas, jog tapsi žvaigžde. Didžioji dalis vaikų, kurie dabar treniruojasi čia, „Vismara“ aikštyne, futbolo profesionaliai nežais, nes į pagrindinę komandą patenka tik vienetai. Tačiau jei Italijos futbolo milžinas savo ateitį išties regi tarp vaikų, šimtais plaukiančių į „Milan“ futbolo akademijų treniruotes, tokių klubo auklėtinių kaip Alessandro Matri, Ignazio Abate, Mattia de Sciglio ar Bryanas Cristante San Siro stadionas išvys dar ne vieną.
